7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Log in to your ZetuMall account and go to Orders.
  2. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Choose a reason for the return and submit the request.
  4. Our team will approve the valid request and send you a return label (if applicable) or pickup instructions.
  5. Pack the item securely and hand it over to the courier.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods (food, flowers)
Personal care items (cosmetics, underwear)
Digital downloads
Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment or ZetuMall wallet.
